    You'll occasionally see replies from the New-U Research Assistant. Full transparency on what it is:

  • It's automated. Every one of its replies is generated and clearly labelled as such.
  • It only chimes in on research/handling/COA/storage questions, and it never gives dosing, medical, or human-use guidance — by design, the same rules apply to it as to everyone.
  • It's a helper, not a moderator and not a human. A real person is always behind moderation.

    • If one of its replies is ever off, report it like any other post and a human will look. Research use only.
